Prestigious domestic building project in Pimlico, London
We are currently working alongside a Contractor (ANG Artelia Group) on the full refurbishment of a domestic property owned by a private client in Pimlico, London. We at Stenball are focusing on undertaking the main builder’s work, plastering and first and second fix joinery packages; this continuing through into early 2021. The works specifically include the formation of a new mansard roof structure, the installation of a new staircase up to the loft space, various wall adaptions to suit new layouts, and supplying and fitting of various bespoke designed and manufactured joinery such as kitchens and bedroom furniture. The Mansard roof is supported by new steel beams exceeding 5m in length and each weighing an excess of 250KG’s…a very complex but exciting project to be a part of.
