Transformation of an outside area for a bright and inviting pub 

Mitchells & Butler’s Castle Brand pubs are best known for having their own individualistic identity and we believe their brand personality is perfectly encapsulated in the recent refurbishment of The Plough, Dulwich.

This historic pub is one of the oldest in the area and dates back to 1791. The Stenball team were asked to update and refresh The Plough while ensuring all areas of the pub were being utilised. The project included a conservatory demolition to make way for a new garden scheme. The garden redesign included bespoke seating booths, pergolas, planters and new paving.

The team carried out a comprehensive renovation inside, with the addition of a new back bar, seating areas and washrooms to give a bright and bolder feel to this long-standing corner pub.
